My Story
“After years of helping people find relief through massage therapy, I came to understand that true wellbeing is not only about caring for the body, but also nurturing the mind.”
My name is Moon, and I live and work in the peaceful Wiltshire, England. My interest in meditation began during my teenage years and has remained an important part of my life ever since. Over the years, meditation has provided me with stability, resilience, and inner calm through both the joys and challenges of life. It has helped me manage stress, navigate difficult periods, and maintain a sense of balance in an increasingly busy and demanding world.
One of the greatest gifts meditation has given me is the understanding that when the mind becomes calmer, life becomes clearer. It has taught me how to approach challenges with greater patience, compassion, and perspective, whilst developing a deeper connection with myself and those around
me.
For many years, I have worked as a massage therapist, supporting people in relieving physical tension, discomfort, and stress. Through this work, I have had the privilege of meeting individuals from many different backgrounds, each carrying their own responsibilities, pressures, and personal struggles.

My passion
becomes my Mission
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I began to notice a recurring pattern amongst many of my clients. Whilst they often sought treatment for muscle tension, fatigue, stiffness, or chronic pain, these physical symptoms were frequently linked to emotional stress, anxiety, and mental exhaustion.
Massage therapy often provided welcome relief and relaxation. However, many clients returned with the same concerns time and time again. This experience encouraged me to reflect more deeply on the relationship between physical health and mental wellbeing. I came to realise that whilst massage can play an important role in supporting the body, lasting wellbeing often requires a more holistic approach. When stress and emotional pressure remain unresolved, they can eventually manifest themselves physically. To create meaningful and sustainable change, we need to care for both body and mind.
Because meditation had played such a valuable role in my own life, I felt inspired to share this practice with others. I began by inviting a small group of clients and friends to join me for simple monthly meditation sessions. There was no pressure, no expectation, and no requirement for previous experience. The aim was simply to create a welcoming space where people could pause, breathe, slow down, and reconnect with themselves.
Over time, interest began to grow naturally. What started as a small gathering gradually developed into larger meditation groups, community wellbeing events, one-day retreats, and meditation camps. Witnessing the positive impact these experiences had on participants strengthened my belief in the value of meditation as a practical tool for everyday life.
Today, my mission is to make meditation approachable, practical, and accessible to people from all walks of life. I believe meditation is not reserved for a particular group of people; it is a valuable life skill that can benefit anyone. Whether someone wishes to reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing, develop greater self-awareness, or simply find more balance in their daily life, meditation offers a gentle and effective path towards greater inner peace.
Through my meditation classes, retreats, and wellbeing programmes, I hope to share the same sense of calm, balance, and inner happiness that meditation has brought into my own life. My vision is to create supportive and welcoming experiences for people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience. Whether someone joins a short meditation session, a day retreat, or a longer retreat programme, my hope is that they leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
I believe that true wellbeing begins when we learn to care for both body and mind. It is a privilege to share the practice of meditation with others and to support them on their own journey towards greater balance, peace, and wellbeing.
